This was my first interaction with Whiz Kid PC Services after having just moved to Topeka, and I immediately know they will be my go-to PC repair service from now on. Andres was knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. His communication skills were great; he kept me in the loop via texts concerning my computer’s problems, delays, and necessary equipment/procedures. Even though I have basic-to-intermediate knowledge of computers, he rephrased advanced technological problems in ways even I could understand. He was quite transparent about his prices, and when something had to be done, he always let be know beforehand with the risks and benefits so I could make an informed decision. After looking around online, I found that his prices were just, and a lot cheaper than other competitors would charge. In the end, although he could not fix my computer, he found what was causing the problem (a faulty GPU), only charged me a fair price for time spent, and I was able to turn in the part to my merchant within my 30-day return window. 10/10; was fully satisfied; and would 100% do business again.

Fast, Friendly, and fair!! Very knowledgeable.My hard drive crashed and he had me back up and running the next day!! He will tell you exactly what you need and will not try and gouge you with high prices and ridiculous fees. i definitely recommend going to the whiz kid Andres for all you computer issues.

I had a problem with my laptop. The fan was spinning really fast and making loud grinding sounds. I found out about Andres and his business from Google so I decided to check him out. He was really helpful and ordered a new fan for me and his rate for repairing my laptop was much cheaper than buying a new laptop which was what I was gonna do. But Andres had my laptop all fixed up in 24 hours and now the fan is whisper quiet and it's like it's brand new again!
I would definitely recommend Whiz Kid to any of my friends who have problems with their computers and I wouldn't hesitate to call him again if I ever have any problems again!

Andres at Whiz Kid PC Services offered transparent, quick service on a personal level. All services were explained simply. I was given a contract for services rendered, and all the work I asked for was completed promptly and at a very reasonable rate. I would recommend a service technician at Andres's level over a corporate entity without hesitation.
