WilTech Services is a family owned small business formed in 2010 to provide on-site computer service, server installation and network support services to small businesses with a strong focus on the need for personalized service.

The ability to have someone at all of the shops and on-site with customers at the same time, quickly became a challenge. We decided it was time to simplify our business plan. In 2011, we closed the Graham full time shop completely and meet customers by appointment only at the other locations. By working from our homes we have less overhead and we can offer better pricing to our customers. We do not charge travel time, mileage charges or fuel surcharges like so many tech support companies.

To keep our client list small we only work for small businesses including home and office (at-home) business. If you have more than 500 employees, you may be better served using a larger tech support company. But if you are not sure and would like to meet with me, I can take a look and provide you with some technical support specialist in your area that handle large corporations.
