WinTech Computer Services is owned and operated by Shawn Winget and his Wife Diane. Shawn has well over ten years of experience as a certified computer technician. Before realizing his dream of opening his own computer repair shop, Shawn worked as a technician for Gate way Computers and as a member of Bestbuys Geek Squad. WinTech Computer Services strives to offer the community outstanding top rate computer repair and service. You will find WinTech to be fast, professional, affordable, and dedicated to customer service above all else. In April 2011 we will celebrate our six year anniversary with hundreds of satisfied customers.

Computer Repair & Data Backup

We provide flat rate service fees for desktop and laptop repair. If all parts are purchased from us, the maximum charge for desktops and Laptops is $129. This includes installation of upgrade parts in addition to parts needed for the repair. This fee does not include services requested that are not necessary to complete the repair such as data backup or data recovery. Our minimum fee is $49 which is included in the repair fee if you choose to have us repair your machine.

Shawn Winget

Shawn was born in Pasco, Washington and lived there most of his life. He is a graduate of Pasco High School. He and Diane were married in 2003, and have two children, Alexis and Patrick. Aside from his passion for his computer repair business, he loves music, cars, plays guitar, and loves to work on home improvement projects. His greatest joy in life is his being a Daddy to his little girl and boy.

Diane Winget

Diane was born in Pasco, Washington and grew up in Burbank. She graduated from Columbia High School and Washington State University. Diane is able to bring Lexi to the shop with her whenever she is there to work on the accounting and the bookkeeping. She spends the rest of her day being Mommy. Diane loves music, dancing, and spending time with her friends and family.

WinTech provides great service at very reasonable cost. I would highly recommend them. Particularly if you are a senior citizen. They are able to quickly diagnose problems and communicate in an easy to understand manner. I got same-day service when having my desktop PC power supply replaced.

I was a Travel Nurse in the area and did not know where to take my laptop and did not want to get overcharged. I called Shawn and dropped my laptop off. 4.8 stars? Wack. Nothing less than a 5 star experience with Shawn. Business professional, great communication, went above and beyond to help me get a solid resolution. He diagnosed the issue of my PC overheating in a timely manner. Shawn suggested improvements for my SSD Configuration, to swap fans on my new AIO cooler to keep the RGB fans, performed better cable management than the last PC Repair shop I went to. Overall, i don't think i could take my business elsewhere, the price really sealed the deal. He was a great guy to work with who has a friendly attitude and doesn't mind taking the time to explain the steps he took to repair my computer.

Over the last 10 years, Shawn has fixed three of my computers (HP, Sony, and Dell) and has always done a great job at a reasonable price. The repairs are done in a timely manner. Shawn is awesome. He helped me restore data and replace a bad hard drive in my Mac. It was done quickly and a very reasonable price. He even cleaned my keyboard and upgraded my RAM. I would highly recommend Wintech for any computer issues.

Had the pleasure of meeting Shawn. Not only was the phone conversation with him pleasant but he seemed very genuine in person as well! He could have taken my laptop problem for a financial ride but instead he sent me on my way with no bill and told me how to fix it myself!
