Wise I.T.

Don't know where to begin telling you about Wise I.T. There is NOTHING more frustrating to me when something goes wrong with my computer and I have no clue as to how to fix it. Wise I.T. was recommended to me so I thought I would give them a try, and I can't tell you have very glad I did. Chris is not only extremely knowledgeable but he is also reliable, punctual, and had been instructive as to showing me how I can do things more efficiently.

My husband uses his computer for work and The Wise I.T has been invaluable to him when things have gone wrong with his work computer. He has the ability to hook me up remotely from his computer saving me the cost and time of a house call. It's kind of like have a trusted mechanic, well, Wise I.T I would trust with our lively-hood. If your are tired of having to take your computer into a shop and wait three days for some resolution I would strongly recommend you giving them a try, I promise you will NOT be disappointed.

Chris has been the best computer/system support to our company. For many years he has shown nothing but professionalism and is always quick solution oriented. He is always available and flexible with availability...I have never had to wait long to have him connect via Team Viewer to help get me out of stressful situations. He always knows exactly what to do. Thank you, Chris for being so knowledgeable! Called after numerous attempts to follow instructions via PC to repair an issue at startup. I asked if I could drop it off and was informed they do house calls. Since Chris was unable to make it the day I needed help he instead walked me through the issue and helped me fix it. I DEFINITELY WILL CALL AGAIN if I have any issues. Thanks!!

These guys are awesome, I thought I was going to have to buy a new computer, but Wise I.T. fixed my PC that was shutting down from some error. If you think you computer is toast call these guys first, you can thank me later. :

Chris from Wise I.T. was great, he helped our older system by changing out our old hard drive for a new SSD drive. It was the best decision, our desktop now boots up in seconds which it never did new and our programs are running faster too. Thank you

I called Wise I.T. and it was the best decision I have ever made, not only did they setup my new desktop and printer they were able to retrieve my data from my old dead computer. Thank you Chris I will call you again for that backup solution we talked about.

Wise I.T. came to my home for my Slow PC, they determined it was due to a Virus on my system and removed it for me. I have called them back to setup my wireless network and setup my printer since. I highly recommend Wise I.T. they were on time and the best thing I did not have to lug my computer across town to have it fixed.
