I went to PC Touchup after I had tried another business recommended by Best Buy that stated they couldn't find a part they needed so they couldn't fix the computer hardware issue (stated this less than 10 minutes after looking at the computer). I took this to PC Touchup, dropped it off for diagnosis, and a couple of days later I got a call that it was fixed! Working great! Super professional, responsive, and a great price. I will definitely return if I have a problem in the future.

We have used PC Touchup's services for the past several years and they always give us great service. Zach is extremely helpful and quick to respond when we need his assistances. Friendly and honest PC repair company. Laptop keyboard and touchpad stopped working due to a drink spill and needed to be replaced. Nick seems very knowledgeable and gave me a full explanation on the inherent risks of future failure and cost before doing the repairs. Ended up being under $100 + ready in only a couple days (parts needed to be shipped).

I have used PC Touchup twice in one year, one for our laptop and one for our PC with excellent results at a very reasonable price. They do not try to "sell" you on having them do things they don't need to do to increase the cost. The staff is personable and knowledgeable and I highly recommend them. I won't take my computer issues anywhere else.

I have been going to Zach for two years driving up all the way from Colorado Springs. He has worked on both my computer and my phone several times. I first took my computer to him and he was able to fix its battery very quickly and for the best price. Even replaced my phone screen on my iPhone for a way better price than anyone else. My All-In-One desktop all of a sudden went to a black screen. I took it first down to the Geek squad at Best Buy in Colorado Springs. They didn't even look at it and wanted to charge $99 to remove my data. I decided to take it to PC Touch-up Diagnostics was free. It ended up my computer had over heated and needed a new part. Parts and labor was $274. Best Buy offered to show me a new computer. Zack was amazing! I highly recommend this shop!

Great customer service, support and value. When I had a PC that was running slow and buggy, Zack (owner) did a great job on cleaning up the PC and getting it back in shape. I next turned him loose on my poorly performing home network. Zack brought in the required components into the home, tuned the network and now no one complains about their home internet access. All work was done at a very competitive price. Great job!
