Your Computer Friend is a family run business focused on providing creative solutions to the IT needs of Snoqualmie Valley residents and the surrounding small business community. Robb Mercer is a long time valley resident currently raising his family in North Bend.

I have worked with Robb on and off again ever since he worked in my Dairy Queen as a teenager. I can speak very highly of both his work ethic and integrity. For the past five years he has worked on my computers. His help has been a great asset to my company and has both fixed and helped us avoid many problems.

I have been using Your Computer Friend for our home and office PCs for over 6 years. Robb is quick, reliable and priced more than fair. He has not only built our PCs (laptops and desktops) but keeps them running optimally. Including network and backup, both on-site and remotely. He is the only one we allow to touch our PCs and therefore highly recommend him.
