The main reason computers develop most problems are infections from trojans, spyware, adware and pop-ups. Legitimate software can also play a big part. I'll find and fix all issues for about the same price most places charge you just to look at it! I'll even clean the inside of the case to avoid over-heating and increase longevity. "Do-it-Yourself" websites that sell PC repair software may repair some symptoms temporarily but do nothing to stop slow performance for good. Depending on what your problems are, downloading even more software may even make your problems worse!

As computers get older, we keep telling them to do more with the same hardware they had when they were new. We all know how the IT techs tell us: "You're going to need a new computer to do all that." I'll recommend any upgrades you might need to get your computer ready to do anything you ask of it, and it will be a small fraction of the cost of purchasing a new one.

Extremely great service. I called him up, gave a brief explanation of what happened and he had me bring the computer in that day. I was provided with contact information and constant updates throughout the evening. The repair took a little over a day and I was back to using my computer in no time at all. I am very impressed with how fast he was able to get my computer up and running.
On top of that, he went the extra mile to update my OS and even provided me with a complimentary deep clean of all my pc's components. Excellent service. Unfortunately Steve was unable to remedy my issue with an SD card. But his customer service was outstanding. About a year ago I purchased a new laptop. Steve took care of all setup and transferred files from my old computer. I purchased Microsoft Office from him and virus protection. He has Great Prices on these products. He cleaned up my old laptop and upgraded to windows 10. Honestly I probably didnt need a new computer. I recently had an issue with MS Office Excel during a work meeting and he stepped through a repair process that worked like a charm and got me back into my meeting in less than 20 minutes. His prices and service is fantastic. He really is my own personal computer guy! I highly recommend Steve for any computer issues or services.

My daughters computer had a power issue. The charger was broke so I ordered an off brand charger from local store. That didn't fix the problem. Not ready to throw in the towel and feeling that there was still quite a bit of value left in the computer I took a chance on Steve based on his reviews. He was honest, fair, and very knowledgeable. The computer is repaired and working better than ever. I'm sure it would have cost much more somewhere else. I also did not have to spend several hundreds if not more on a new one.
