Dave provided an excellent, simple, and affordable service that I greatly appreciate. I had deep viruses on my laptop causing it to be tremendously slow, and within 4 days, Dave had them all gone. Not only that, he also thoroughly explained the causes of the malware found and ways to prevent future infections. I highly recommend his business.

The experience I had with Excel was great. Dave is very knowledgeable and very thorough in his work. Also very affordable. Believe me, over the course of time, I must have had at least five different computer businesses in the Le-high Valley that I used and Excel tops them all. Dave is absolutely AMAZING!! I took my crashed/corrupted hard drive to 4 different places that said they couldn't do anything with it. Dave was able to recover 50K files off of it, which included a wedding I hadn't edited yet! Just AMAZING!! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!

Dave came to my house on a Sunday evening for my emergency! This is not a typo! He actually came on a Sunday evening! Talk about service. Once he determined that my pc's motherboard was fried, he offered to build me a custom pc to replace it. After I gave him the specs that I wanted, I waited for the blow of the price that would accompany it. It was a better price than I could have ever imagined. I have an absolute powerhouse of a pc that handles my all of my intensive needs with ease. I rarely find myself wowed, but Dave knocked it out of the park! This is my computer guy forever!

GREAT small little company to go to. support your local shops! dave is the best. he's super friendly and takes pride in his work. he's quick and keeps you up to date with everything! he doesn't try to sell you things you don't need. just the product you want. fair prices too. i would always recommend dave anytime. never tell a customer to go to geek squad. thats you not being a true friend... i'm now a customer for life. thank you soo much dave!!!!

I needed a new phone when 3G service was phased out. I bought another phone, SIM card, and air time but couldn't get the SIM card to work. I didn't know if I damaged the card or the phone. I called Excel Computer Service (where I previously purchased a laptop) and they were able to get my phone working. I need it for emergencies. The work was done in a timely way and it was a lifesaver for me. I highly recommend them.

EXCELLENT SERVICE! I stopped by the shop to drop of my computer for repair; it wasn't fully powering up. David checked it on the spot, found a bad RAM connection. In and out of the shop with the repair completed in 15 minutes. EXCELLENT SERVICE!

I can' say how much support I recieved from Dave @ Excel Computer. Let me tell you my story. I purchased a Dell Laptop several months ago. Since I first tried to use the computer I nothing but problems with my hardware and software. The computer was back in for service @ Dell 2 times. Each time I got the computer back problems again. I was on the phone with Dell Technicians for weeks, I mean weaks.

Finally I had enough. I called Dave on a Friday morning and he told me to bring it to him. The same day the computers hardware was fixed at a very very reasonable price. After that I some issues with my Appearance settings. I called Dave the next morning which was a Saturday and spoke with him. He spent several hours on the phone with and fixed eveything. He was very patient, personable and proffesional. I would highly reccomend Dave and Excel to anybody!

On August of 2021 I took my Dell Desktop computer in to Dave at Excel Computer repair. Not knowing where to go, I took a shot in the dark. Not only was Dave very polite and obviously very knowledgeable, but he took the time to explain my potential problems to me. He was very upfront about pricing and gave me options for repair. When I picked up my computer Dave stuck to his estimate and the price for repair was very fair.

My computer was returned to me in excellent working condition and like new performance. Excel Computer Repair earned my continued business and I highly recommend them to anyone. It's so nice to know that there is a computer repair service available that will not rip those of us off that don't know squat about computers.

Dave is a very honest, patient PC repair Person. He tries to save you money on pc repairs and only do repairs that are necessary for your pc to run well. His charges are affordable and reasonable. I am a small business owner and use my computer a lot . Dave has done work on my business and home computers . Just this morning my computer at my business would not start up. I called Dave and he came right over and took my computer back to his shop and a few hours later he had it fixed . He is very honest and reliable and his prices are fair. My laptop screen exploded last week. I thought it was completely dead. On a "Hail Mary" I phoned Excel Custom PC Service and explained my problem. Dave could not have been nicer or more helpful. I was assured that my laptop was fixable and was given a Cost Estimate right over the phone! I took it in the following day. It was returned to me in only 3 business days! I could not believe how quick they were.

My laptop is now working perfectly and the price was unbelievably reasonable.and with a warranty to boot! Dave was so nice and took time to explain the process. I am very happy and satisfied and highly recommend this company for your computer needs! Great service, Great price, Great return time.and Dave is the best! This is a total win-win!

Great experience. Brought computer four times prior to well known repair service- different suggestion each time, nothing resolved. Dave immediately figured out potential problems and repaired gaming pc perfectly. Our computer is now quieter and faster than ever. Work done at fraction of price as other guys. Please don't waste your time and money going elsewhere. My son told me if we ever move to another part of the world, we must fly back to Allentown if we have future computer problems, so Dave could figure it out- I agree!
