I just had a fantastic experience at 911 Tech Repair. Wedge was incredibly knowledgeable in diagnosing the multiple challenges that were occurring in my IPhone, including the unusual automatic phone calls and text messages that were occurring. Just as importantly, Wedge then spent time with me after the service to educate me and make the use of my phone more efficient and safer based on his diagnostics.he was so patient with a clearly tech ignorant client and I am so appreciative for his expertise and outstanding customer service! When my iPad fell on the garage floor and the screen shattered, I scheduled an appointment somewhere else to get It fixed. The other place was going to charge A LOT more and the part was going to be black and my iPad is white. (So the back would've been one color, the front another and the button yet another). 911 Tech repair had the right part at the right price. It looks and works like new. I'm so happy!
They always answered the phone when I called. And the repair was done well and ready for pickup when promised. I highly recommend their services to anyone who has a device to be repaired. This place is a find!

I was having trouble with installing new memory cards into my son's gaming computer, so I brought it into this shop. The man working there took it into his work room, installed the cards, confirmed that they worked, and handed the computer back to me. What great service - and he didn't charge me for it either. I had a destroyed iPhone se front screen, barely anything of the screen left. I called 20 minutes before they closed and the nice man brought my iPhone back to life like it's brand new in 10 minutes. Very pleased. I Will definitely be returning for any of my tech needs.

I thought my Asus laptop needed a new internal power jack. I brought it to 911 and the first thing Carlos did was plug in a quality universal power adapter and the laptop sprung back to life. He even went as far as to explain how power adapters work for older newer laptops. These guys care about computers and customers. They could easily be out to make a buck but instead solve the real problem at a fair price. Highly recommended!

They did an excellent job on my iPad. I brought it in and glass was hanging off of it. I didn't really think it could be repaired, but 911 Tech made it look brand new. I would use them again.
