I will send you a form with a few basic questions on it. And then ask you keep notes with the form as you use your computer, of questions you have, or issues you want resolved. This will happen 1-5 days before our scheduled time. You will be using your equipment to go through your list and we will address each one at a time, until you feel comfortable.

We will also be using a few tricks to help you remember what we did, or a guide. I try to make it as fun as I can, and use human terms, not geek speak, so we can maximise our time.
