My daughter cracked her fathers laptop screen. I wanted to get the screen fixed before he found out. I googled computer repair and Renactus came up. What stuck out to me was that they pick up the equipment and drop it off when the job is completed. Which is really helpful since I have a 2 year old and 2 newborn twins. I called and spoke with Rick who gave me a quote.
He came in picked up the laptop and told me it would be done by the next day. And true to his word it was he dropped back off the laptop and my boyfriend never suspected a thing. I highly recommend this company and would be using them for any future repairs. Thank you rick

The service was outstanding! Rick is very knowledgeable and was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was very responsive and I was able to make an last minute appointment for work to be done on my computer and he was at my home promptly for the appointment. Every question I had was explained throughly in a manner that I could easily understand and the steps he was taking to fix the computer were also explained clearly. I couldn't have asked for better service! I will be using Renactus Tech for all my computer service needs from here out.
