Yes, all repairs come with a 30-day warranty covering both parts and labor performed by our technicians.

My husband and I are elderly and due to medical issues, homebound. We needed a new printer. I called JK Techs and they were more than happy to help! They ordered the printer and came yesterday to install it! It was connected and printing in just a few minutes. Both my husband and I simultaneously got an alert on our phones that they had been affected with a virus. The Apple logo looked legit and the settings icon looked legit as well!
I told my husband not to click on it and I did the same. Although that was not the reason for his visit, he looked at both phones and confirmed it was a scam! He cleaned out a lot of junk and now are phones are operating more efficiently! I cannot recommend this company highly enough! Although somewhat capable, we just don't have the knowledge nor skills to deal with a problem like this! He did it quickly, efficiently, effectively and with a cheerful attitude. If you need "techpertise" this is the company you want to call! And, no, I am not his Mom.he was that good!

Bought in diagnosed mother board and replaced it.when I went to pick up he recommended hard drive for more speed. He was right on computer faster than ever. Prices were reasonable and even ordering parts speed was fine. Would use again in a sec.

I emailed JKtech with a request to build a PC that met the requirements of the rendering software I use. The process started the next day and I had a brand new custom built computer a week later. Javier was key to the whole process going smoothly and efficiently and I can't thank him enough for how accommodating and knowledgeable he was. I'm thanking myself for finding this company because I don't know what I would have done after my old computer starting failing. They really were my answer.

Hello hudson valley, once again another great experience with jk tech solutions in hopewell jct. javier and karen delivered as promised about my dell laptop. i would not go anywhere else but to these guys. geek squad and other tech outfit has nothing on jk tech sloutions. their prices are great and they don't sell you stuff you don't need.they even text you back when you send them a text, now thats personal service.

Sent an email to (4) Computer Repair businesses looking for service. Javier responded with a text and said he would call at 10am, which he did. Still waiting for the other (3) to respond. That says a lot about his business. Made arrangements to drop off my desktop for repairs and upgrades. Javier and Karen were courteous and knowledgeable. Service, parts and associated fees were explained and seemed reasonable.
When I came back to pick up the computer, Javier spent the time to review what he did and made sure I was comfortable with the upgrades before I left the shop. Would use his business again and highly recommended

Javier and Karen are both competent and knowledgeable techs. I use them for both personal and business work and they seem to know how to solve every problem and hurdle that we encounter. They sometimes run late for appointments, but they always call or text in advance and let you know what's going on. They offer good advice about software and hardware solutions and are up to date on the latest technology.
