Best guy around hands down. Super honest, prices are beyond fair and the guy running it is super cool you can ask him anything about electronics in general he's got some good advice. Everything was super easy I brought my PC in for a diagnosis, he called me up let me know what was going on, what he could do to fix it and how much parts & labor would cost. I genuinely suggest people go here for whatever electronic repairs they need there's a lot of dishonest repair shops out here & this guys completely solid glad we got him in Grayslake! Wedge is absolutely great with all electronics! I have taken many items to him for repair and unfortunately this is my first time writing a proper review for him. This is my second time here and I will definitely be back if I need any more repairs. I needed a new battery for an older MacBook laptop and the Apple Store no longer will service this model. Also Apple no longer sells the chargers for these laptops which was super frustrating. I thought Id stop by 911 Tech Repair to see if they could help. I was thrilled to hear that not only could they replace my battery, but they could order me a refurbished charger! Fantastic! I left my laptop with them and it was all ready less than 24 hrs later. When I picked it up it looked like a new computer. They cleaned it all up (no more dust or fingerprints!) and they even replaced a key on the keyboard that was missing.

Had a Samsung 22 Ultra with a cracked screen brought it to 911 Tech Repair in Grayslake, they replaced the screen with a brand new one. Once the screen came in (about 3 days) the repair only took about an hour. Would definitely use them again for repairs like this, saved a ton of money by not replacing the phone, total cost for screen replacement $284.
