We provide onsite or in/store diagnostic and quote a flat price (parts and labor) for all of our repairs and projects there is never any surprises or hidden fees. This means that all the research, technical analysis, diagnostics, and parts availability research is done BEFORE you commit to proceeding on a project. We figure out EXACTLY what is required to fix your computer and explain the project before you sign off.
