Aaron is an absolute professional who was exceptionally knowledgeable when it came to fixing my issue. He was able to see me same day as contact and provided plenty of time for me to attempt to replicate my computer's issues. He kept me updated after I had left my computer with him and had the issue resolved the following day. He even showed me how to fix it myself next time! I can't say enough good things about Aaron. Absolute professional, prompt, knowledgeable, courteous and fair. It was a pleasure to dealing with him despite the situation - which in my case was Blue screen of death and a Lenovo laptop that wouldn't boot. Aaron was able to diagnose the issue and advise me the best path forward and most importantly was successful in recovering all the data on it. He will treat you right and I highly recommend Aaron for all your technical issues.
