This is just to say thanks. I called them with a failed external hard drive problem. Their website indicated they did data recovery. They accommodated me in an urgent, late in the date situation. The gentleman who worked with me was great. He wasted no time diagnosing my equipment. And while he was unable to resolve the problem himself, he quickly provided me with a very competent and reliable local company reference.
He even personally called them to let them know my situation. And even though it was already late in the date, his local reference solved my problem right then and there. It's nice to find local service providers like these guys who you can count on. Highly recommended.

I couldn't be happier with Aldo's service. After days on the phone with Best Buy, Geek Squad, Asus, and a few local IT repair companies, and dropping off my laptop with no success elsewhere, Aldo did what everyone else deemed impossible. He went out of his way to accomodate my needs, reacted very quickly as I was in a time sensitive situation, and I had my laptop back in an hour. No need to call around.call him first!
