There are a couple ways data can get destroyed - one is a high level deletion, or file system corruption - where we can recover the file using special recovery software. The other way is a disk actually failing - the later is sometimes possible to diagnose over the phone, but the drive would have to be sent away to get recovered.

He was tasked with taking a 30 user workgroup and creating a stable LAN. In a few months he was able to implement backup infrastructure, load balancing and failover, web servers, content filters, and many security measures that lead up to PCI compliance.

Desiree is a successful entrepreneur having started a company in 2001 that eventually enabled her to retire from the investments. She loves business development and is extremely active in many types of business. Ricky has been working with computers since he was a wee lad. With an affinity for web design and development, he is always eagerly learning a wide range of technology. He will always be answering the phone with a smile, and willing to go to great lengths to get a satisfied customer.

Kevin has been studying his entire adult life to get into the Computer Security field - specifically, Network Security. He is our resident Star Trek fan and will be able to reset your Windows password remotely with only a payphone and digital voice recorder. If you need an iPhone specialist, he is your man. Kevin can change an iPhone screen in 10 minutes without breaking a sweat.
