We at HospiceSLO cannot sing enough praises for Michael and Good Electrons! Our relationship started with Michael donating computers and then evaluating our existing network. We are a non-profit and both hardware and infrastructure were lacking. After he came in and made some upgrades, our network runs much more efficiently. Michael also consulted with us on updating our website. We now have a new logo,a new "look" and new software that enables easy updates to content. Thank you, Michael!

Michael is VERY dependable, knowledgeable, fast, honest, trustworthy. I have had him do a LOT of work on my small home network and he always makes everything work just great. He fixes all of the stuff that I break or wear out. I have had him rebuild my system, transfer my terabytes of data, all with such dependability. Don't hesitate to use his services. I found Michael on Yelp and I'm very glad I did! He was able to diagnose the wireless internet problem I was having during our initial phone call and gave me a few options. Some of the options didn't even include any work for him. It is refreshing to work with someone who put solving the problem as a top priority. I decided on an option that involved some new hardware which he purchased and brought with him for our appointment.
My problems were solved with one trip and we spent a little bit of time on basic IT strategy for the near future. He has a keen sense for evaluating your current setup, determining your current and future needs, predicting where you will most likely run into issues, and creating a plan to mitigate them before it happens. Throughout the process Michael had extremely good communication and transparency. I've found my "go to" for future IT needs.

So, Michael came out 20 minutes after our 15 minute phone call (of which he tried trouble shooting and didn't charge me for) to assist with my VERY STUBBORN laptop email issue. Gave some expert advise on what I need to do to keep my emails coming. I was so frustrated and his speedy presence made me able to complete my business day without being hassled by my misbehaving electronic devise. Deep breath. Thanks Michael!
