Used car salesman of laptops. Responded to Johns listing on Craigslist for a refurb Dell laptop for my son. Looked in decent shape visually (not knowing what exactly to look for). But after getting home and comparing the specs to his listing they did not match up. Different processor (huge price difference), battery life very poor (well it's an old laptop so I get it), several keys didn't work (buyer beware but really the seller should point that out) Listing says 100 day warranty and assumes some level of costumer satisfaction.
I have texted John multiple times and have not gotten a single response. He got my money so that is on me I guess. This guy presents himself as a business owner and it's funny that the website catch phase is "always a step ahead". Other than his website looking like it was built in the late 90s the only step ahead is misrepresenting his computers. Don't buy for The Technology Center

This was done by an ex employee whom is no longer with our company and was let go for this very issue. We appologized to the customer once it came to light but unfortunately the damage was done by a rogue Tech! It was done behind managements back without knowledge and is inexcusable. We do not operate or perform our business in this manor and this is an only exception to an otherwise impecible track record. Please see "Angie's List" and our other glowing reviews.

I had an appointment for someone to come pick up my pc at 9am this morning. They call me at 10am and say there was a big job at 8am. Did not even apologize. Then told me the guy would come at 5pm. It is now 6:30pm and there is no call and no show. I guess small jobs rate on the bottom of the list. Wouldn't recommend unless you are a corporate business.
