Lisa & Jonathan helped me with a problem regarding being on zoom; in this last year & half, I had an intermittent issue, and they contacted me, after reaching out to them to set up as time to talk and tested with a short zoom meeting. That was key. Beyond a few words on the phone! Contact them at their business and get an appointment in to see how they may help you! For individuals AND small business. I've been bring my sick computers to Computer Care Associates for many years and will continue to bring them there when I have issues. They do very good work and always offer great service and VERY competitive pricing. They are prompt and courteous. The owners, Lisa and Jonathan, work really hard to make sure my computer problems are fixed completely and accurately. They even offer pick up and drop if you need it.
They can also work remotely on your computer. This time my computer was really sick so I needed to bring it in. Their office is not glamorous but it doesn't matter because their service is impeccable.
