Don was super helpful and honest. I had an old computer that I was going to do a bunch of upgrades on but he took the time to go through and see how old it was and realized that it may have problems soon, so he recommended getting a new computer. Then, even tough he realized he wouldn't be making any money, he took the time to give me advice on what new computer to get and even found one online that he recommended based on what I needed. Then, when I offered to pay for his time and advice, he said "don't worry about it. "

My computer crashed. You guessed it- at the most inopportune time. Of course I tried fixing it myself but I was in school and working against a deadline so I need my laptop fixed pronto. I goggled laptop repair and Don had 5 starts so I called, and he definitely lived up to his five-star reputation! Don is courteous, professional, knowledgeable, honest, and fair. Not only that, he knows how to speak in layman's terms for the tech illiterate. I would absolutely recommend this business to a friend. Thanks Don!
