I know that I will not get cheated or sold something I do not need. Overall the techs at Bits Bytes and Nibbles are very knowledgeable and really enjoy what they do.

My Mac finally died on me without obvious warning. Because of that, I did not have access to my hard drive and all of my photos from the past many many years of my children and many family memories. (Yes I know I should have had a back up system in place). Adi provided me a couple of options. He offered to take the computer to disassemble it, remove the hard drive, and download the requested files to my external hard for a fair price.

He also offered that if I felt I was mechanically inclined and had the time to do so (not needing the files immediately), It was easy enough to do the process myself which would save me a great amount of money. Adi took the time to explain the process to me and provided me with the one item I would need to purchase online (this was not something he tried to sell me from his business) at a very small fraction of what he would have charged me to do the work.

I ordered the item needed, received it the next day, and had the files downloaded the day after I spoke with him. Because of his honesty and integrity, I will definitely be going back to him for any future computer issues I may have.

Highly recommend! We had a broken laptop screen. Best buy quoted us 6 weeks with no guarantee of repair. We then found this amazing place and got an on the spot estimate! 24 hours later we got a call that everything is done an completed! Amazing job and amazing customer service.

Amazing computer repair place. They are super considerate and will never over charge you. I had tons of problems with my computer that many places could've charged me hundreds to fix but when they finished with mine they charged me only a fraction of what I though they would. They always kept me updated and made frequent phone calls to me to keep me updated on the progress. I have 0 complaints and I will always come here if I have issues.
