OUR LAPTOP WAS SCAMMED, AND AMONG ALL THE MALWARE, WE LOST CONNECTION WITH THOSE ON OUR CONTACT LIST. FROM A CUSTOMER REFERRAL, AND WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT, WE ENTERED "THE COMPUTER GUY" ON A FRIDAY AFTERNOON. VERY WILLING TO PAY A REASONABLE FEE FOR EXPEDITED SERVICE, TECHNICIAN "MAX" PROFESSIONALLY EXPLAINED HIS METHOD TO REPAIR, AND THE TIME IT MAY TAKE, TO FIX THE DAMAGE. HE WAS MORE THAN WILLING TO ACTUALLY REMAIN ON THE JOB TWO HOURS AFTER HE USUALLY WENT HOME. AND, HE PROVIDED A 'PHONE NUMBER TO CALL HIM ON SATURDAY IN ORDER TO DISCUSS ANY CONCERNS. IN ADDITION TO MAX, I ENJOYED THE PLEASURE OF VISITING WITH "ZACK", "ALAN" AND "SEAN". EACH ARE VERY MUCH AN ASSET TO THIS COMPANY. IF EVER SERVICE IS REQUIRED FOR A COMPUTER, LOOK NO FURTHER THAN "THE COMPUTER GUY".

Brought my girlfriend's laptop, they were able to diagnose and fix it very fast. They showed me what was exactly wrong and told me the actual pricing/labor instead of inflating price. Prices were fair. When I needed to call them they picked up very fast and were super nice and awesome. If I ever have any tech that needs to be repairs I will be a returning costumer!
