Alpine Computers has amazing customer service! I had brought in a Playstation that couldn't be repaired, but Alpine removed the hard drive for me with no charge as the unit couldn't be repaired. So amazing to have a business not take advantage of their customers.

I had a problem today with my Kindle while I was visiting South Lake Tahoe. I needed a charger to reset it, but there are no big box stores close by, so I found alpine computers online and the gentleman on the phone thought that he would be able to help me. I drove over and Jon was ready to help me. He took the time to look online and figure out the steps that we needed to take, and put my kindle back in business. Since I was in the middle of my vacation, this was incredibly helpful. I really appreciate the time he took, this was great customer service. Thank you to John and Alpine Computers.
