Felt a bit sketchy when they asked for credit card info as any other place won't ask for such. But I did provide them with what was asked. The tech who came by did a fantastic job. Very helpful and fixed it in no time. They did postpone my appointment maybe twice and the third time I really thought I was screwed. They told me they wouldn't be able to make it I insisted I'd be home and I'd wait. To my surprise the Tech showed up like he said he would. Thank you for sending somebody(R.Brown) very knowledgeable. He deserves a raise

Just call them and tell them you want a monthly tune-up or that you have a problem, and they will give you instructions on how to connect your computer to a service expert and they will tune-up or find and repair problem(s) with your computer. They stay on your computer for up to 5-7 hours running diagnostics, looking for problem(s) and fixing them.
It is well worth the $24.95 per month fee for the security of knowing that anytime for any reason they can log on to your computer and provide general monthly wellness or check out any problems you may have.
