Its hard to find a good competent computer technician, especially at reasonable rates. These guys were recommended to me by a supervisor at work to do some maintenance work and clean-up on my laptop. They are very reliable, will turn your machine around very quickly, and know what they're doing.

We have a home office network for our publishing company. Our regular IT person is out of state and could not remotely resolve the network that suddenly went offline. I explored Yelp and read the positive review about NorthBay Computers, called them on a Saturday and was surprised to reach a live person. John answered the phone, I explained the problem. He said he would be out on Monday. I will say that he was very solution based, checked our entire system, recommended upgrades, security enhancements and corrected the connectivity issue. John was very proactive and in communication after he completed the work to be certain everything was operating and we were happy. Yes, we are happy and highly recommend NorthBay Computer Systems....and his fees are reasonable.

These techs are outstanding! My computer was taking forever to load programs and the internet. They diagnosed a sub-par hard drive and replaced it with a new solid-state drive onto which they'd copied all my data and programs, all within the same day!
