I really appreciate how Joe explains to me what I need to know in a way I can totally understand. Some of the other repair guys I've had out here talked over my head and I didn't want to appear stupid so I just didn't say anything. I will be calling him again when I need him. In dealing with my case he has been patient with my technical inquires and has made a concerted effort to effectively communicate problems and the costs associated with the respective services. Joe was great, he fixed my computer & gave me a lot of valuable information, he was professional & didn't talk down. He exceeded my expectations, my computer is running great, & I couldn't be happier with the service he provided. I really am glad to have found someone that knows his business & comes to you, it makes such a difference to have someone come to your home to solve the problem. I would not hesitate to use him in any other of the services he provides (which are many!).

My PC stopped working and the owner Joe fixed it within15 minutes and didn't even charge me and refused payment because the solution was so simple to him. one of the best technicians I've come across and a genuine stand up guy.

Joe cleaned up my computer, which was booting very sluggishly, explained what he was doing and why, downloaded a program (with my permission) that he recommended to keep it in good shape, and showed me some things I didn't know (and I am moderately computer-literate). I not only got my computer back to optimum functioning, but I learned a lot. I will definitely call on him again.
