I hired Erik to replace an IT Company that was handling our account in the past. I wasn't satisfied with their service and monthly maintenance charges. I am the pastor of St. Joseph Church in Maplewood. With Erik, he comes out when needed and has customized a program that fits my exact needs. He's friendly, professional and gets the job done. I first called Erik a couple years ago when I was having a crisis moment and my computer stopped working. He helped me out and got my computer fixed. I have had to call him a couple times since then - once when my computer got a virus and another time recently when I needed more memory space installed. Everytime I call Fast Computer Solutions Erik was quick to answer and quick to fix the problem.
He has also helped me out by making suggestions on how to improve the performance of my computer. He knows what he's doing, he's good at doing it! When he says he's going to call or take care of a problem, he's true to his word. He's always courteous and reliable. He's a good guy and he's sure helped me out. His pricing is very fair.
